Anu Corbon is a new startup Coconut shell Powder manufacturing MSME unit started under Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) through Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Government of India, Under Ministry of MSME. Coconut Shell powder has its various use. The shell powder is manufactured from the coconut shell which is obtained as by-product from coconut oil industries and individual households. power has various uses as a filler in synthetic resin glues, fillet and extender in phenolic mouldig powders, mosquito repellent coils, mastic adhesives, resin casting, bituminous products etc.,

Source of Raw Materials

The coconut shells are Abundantly available in South Region Of the Country, from all coconut producing states in South India namely kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andra Pradesh and Telungana, Goa etc which Contribute more than 90% of the production in the country.

Plant Location

It is located at Errapatti, Alanganallur, Madurai District. This unit has the capacity to manufacture of Coconut Shell Powder of 3 tons per day. Coconut Shell Powder is widely used application in Plywood, Lamination,Agarbathi, and Mosquito Coil manufacturing units. This concept of our organization M/s. Anu Corbon is to create the value added product from coconut shells which are left as wastes after consumption of Coconut Oil manufacturing process. Hence it is eco-friendly and green product.
